• MKCM was founded in 2007 by Mollie Kallen, MS, CRC, CCM, a 30 year veteran case manager who worked at three of the largest corporate case management companies in the industry. Mollie envisioned providing individualized and custom case management services to customers of varying sizes, both nationally and locally, while monitoring cost containment, ensuring appropriate file movement and real time communication to all parties with detailed case management plans, objectives and timeframes. In addition, our staff is highly trained, experienced and always available on a 24/7 basis to service our clients and injured workers.
  • Our business model focuses on cost containment and individualized services to our customers with little overhead expense, but with a very personalized approach. What's unique about our company is our President, Mollie Kallen, MS, CRC, CCM, is an active field case manager which allows her to keep a finger on the pulse of all business operations and case management.
  • We provide individualized and tailored services to our clients by providing real time updates directly to the client including all appointments. We work closely with our clients to ensure minimal overhead and administrative costs. Our President personally reviews each report and bill before submitting to the carrier and employer.
  • We provide national coverage and hire only seasoned case managers, both vocational and medical, with a minimum of 7-10 years of experience in the Workers' Compensation field. We sustain a panel of both bilingual and multilingual case managers throughout the country. We scrupulously maintain all credentials and hold our case managers to a higher standard than most states require with regards to certification. Due to the extensive experiential background and networking from our case managers, we have compiled an extensive list of superior medical providers by geographic area with hard to find specialties which allow us the ability to speed up the process in securing appointments and diagnostics.
  • We also utilize a HIPAA compliant and secure national server to hold all medical and vocational case documentation enabling our President and staff immediate access to all data at all times. In a continued and innovative effort to reduce costs, we have developed a case progress note that documents all case activity for a reporting period. This effectively reduces the costs of producing a formal report with dated and repetitive information.
