Mollie Kallen, MS, CRC, CCM
CEO/President MKCM, Inc.

Mollie is a multi-lingual medical and vocational case manager of over 30 years (25 years in South Florida). Mollie has worked as a Senior Case Manager at Intracorp, Corvel and Genex before starting Mollie Kallen Case Management, Inc./MKCM in 2007. She is an extremely aggressive, organized and cost effective veteran case manager who has many years of experience in the field of medical, psychological, disability, catastrophic illness and vocational case management. She has assisted over 700 individuals from hundreds of private companies, as well as city, state and federal governmental municipalities. Mollie has been a dedicated case manager to many accounts for over 30 years and also works with many overseas patients; she performs on site job analyses, testing and file reviews/legal reviews. She has extensive expertise with many medical conditions ranging from simple orthopedic injuries, to MRSA/insect bites, cardiac/respiratory issues, AIDS, TBI, amputations and pediatric conditions. Mollie is a board member of the Florida Stay at Work Consortium, is published in many case management publications and trains physicians and other medical staff in workers' compensation issues. Mollie has also been a speaker at many workers' compensation forums. Mollie has developed a unique approach to case management that includes specific oversight and quality control procedures to ensure optimum case management processes. Her innovative perspective on workers' compensation case management translates to an extremely personalized approach to MKCM customers and strong relationships with all of her case managers nationally. Michael Anderson
National Marketing Manager

A US Army veteran, Michael attained his B.S in Public Health/Health Education at Western Illinois University. With his 15 years of workers compensation experience, Michael brings to MKCM a vast knowledge of cost containment strategies in PBM/ Drug Reviews; Opioids & Compound Medication Management , Peer to Peer Reviews, Prospective Ancillary Services, Medicare Compliance/Medicare Set Asides and Nurse Case Management/Telephonic Case Management; all that directly impact claim outcomes. While with Healthcare Solutions/Cypress Care, Michael worked side by side with many large insurance companies providing unmatched customer service and quarterly stewardships reviewing a consistent reduction in overall expenditures. Michael also provided TCM/NCM services for another carrier, providing 24/7 availability, educating on a case by case bases, the medical options to insure the IW received the appropriate treatment and services. Michael also developed, implemented and evaluated marketing strategies such as Physician Roundtables & DME Demos further educating adjusters, case managers as well as claims/risk managers in current medical technologies that assisted in an efficient RTW program. Michael's passion for education and customer service has earned him respect in the industry and he is available to you 24/7 to analyze your claims for the best outcome. Michael also possesses an All Lines adjuster license to further assist his claims knowledge and ability to provide superior customer service to MKCM clients.
Jeff McCoy

After studying at Murray State University in Kentucky, Jeff relocated to Southern California in which he acquired his initial workers compensation experience as an All Lines Adjuster; gaining valuable knowledge in managing claims for large Self Insured Employers. As the Director of Marketing in the Investigations Industry, Jeff attained additional understanding in how to best identify fraud thus assisting the adjuster in denying and closing claims when appropriate. Jeff has a clear and concise understanding of cost containment and being aggressive in assisting the injured worker as well as the adjusters by communicating and being available 24/7.

Jeff has more than 18 years in the Workers’ Compensation industry, and has assisted in the Ancillary Services of DME, Transportation & Translation, Investigations, as well as Lien Negotiation services. His passion for customer services is second to none and is able to build long term business relationships with high level communication and education of the value of Case Management services and how they have a positive impact in the claim process. Jeff’s goal is to build new business for MKCM, and to enhance established business relationships.

Jennifer Castle
Office Manager MKCM

Jennifer Castle is the Office Manager for Mollie Kallen Case Management, Inc. and has been with MKCM for over 6 years. She is responsible for our accounts payable and accounts receivable and oversees all processing of reports. Jennifer is also responsible for training case managers on billing processes, report formats, and any special handling requests from the employer. She has over 18 years of medical experience, from medical assisting to being the surgical coordinator for the CEO of a very large orthopedic practice. Jennifer is proficient in all Microsoft Office programs, Quickbooks as well as other medical office software. She is a team player who is extremely detail orientated, organized, dedicated, professional, knowledgeable, and customer focused.
Catalina Costa
National Intake Coordinator/Executive Assistant at MKCM

Catalina is also a National Intake Coordinator/Executive Assistant at MKCM. She has over 20 years of experience in the insurance industry. She started her career working for the Miami Dade School board as a benefits enrollment specialist, followed by benefits coordinator in their Risk Management Department. Catalina then went to further her expertise focusing on Workers’ Compensation working at various case management companies. Catalina’s experience with workers' compensation cases includes medical case management, vocational rehabilitation, life care planning, and returning the injured worker to the best possible quality of life. She strives for excellent customer service by making sure all the needs of the clients are met with the highest level of service within a timely manner.
Sharmeka Hinsey
Sharmeka Hinsey has over 6 years worker’s compensation experience in the medical field. Sharmeka cultivated positive and enduring relationships with worker compensation insurance companies, adjusters and case managers. She has experience in connecting case managers and doctors to best meet the client needs. She has great customer service skills. Sharmeka’s main focus is “Client Satisfaction”. Sharmeka’s role at MKCM is “Quality Assurance”. She is part of the team that reviews cases to ensure that our clients get the best service on their files.
Diana Sanders
Diana is a Quality Assurance Assistant at MKCM. Diana assists the QA team in reviewing files to ensure quality and maximum customer satisfaction She has worked in the healthcare industry for 2 years. She supervised the ancillary services department for one of the largest orthopedic companies in Jacksonville, FL with 15 orthopedic surgeons, 19 PA/ARNPs, 15 therapists, and 1 chiropractor. She has experience with clinical, surgical, diagnostic, and physical/occupational therapy authorizations. Prior to moving to Southeast Georgia, Diana worked as a high school substitute teacher and as a college tutor at Rasmussen College, where she obtained her Bachelor's in Healthcare Management.
Chasity White
Chasity is lead intake coordinator at MKCM and is a former adjuster. She has 15 years of experience providing outstanding customer service and support in the insurance industry. Areas of expertise include a combination of Workers Compensation, Automotive Liability and Medical Stop Loss claims. Trusted to assume increased responsibility in handling key projects and employees and she is well versed in current best practices in the health insurance industry, in current Industry regulations, and for HIPAA compliance. An equally strong team player a leader with an ability to establish and maintain positive working relationships with others. At MKCM, she brings exceptional communication skills and customer service while helping our clients, ensuring they can entrust our case managers to provide optimum case management one case at a time.
Ninoska “Nino” Gonzalez
National Intake Coordinator

Ninoska Gonzalez, has over 10 years of successful experience in medical workers’ compensation customer service and support. problem-solving and trouble-shooting, staff support, planning/implementing proactive procedures and systems to avoid problems in the first place. She coordinated and was the primary contact for the Fast-Track performance department in a busy medical practice helping national acclaimed workers compensation companies and attorneys, maintaining quality control and satisfaction and constantly seeking new ways to improve customer service care in order to improve relationships and promotes business. Received a workers-compensation coordinator awards in 2011,2012 and 2013. Team player with multi-task skills, bilingual, highly motivated self-starter and capable of handling new challenges.
Jennifer Seamann
Processing Coordinator/Billing Assistant

Jennifer joined MKCM as Processing Coordinator and Billing Assistant in April 2014. She has over 11 years of experience in medical office management and billing. She spent her years prior to joining MKCM serving as the office manager for 2 very large physician practices. While at MKCM she has undergone extensive training in her field and serves as a liaison between the company and our case managers nationwide in regards to their billing and reports. Jennifer also supervises the report processing staff and monitors all report intake and processing.
Heather Durbin
National Recruiter/Intake Coordinator/Report Processing Assistant

Heather is the National Recruiter/Intake Coordinator for MKCM. She is an extremely organized, detail oriented, motivated individual with over 15 years of experience as an administrative assistant. Heather has over 5 years of experience in recruiting, and 3 years of credentialing experience. She has served as an assistant to multiple field case managers in the workers' compensation field and has assisted with over 100 files at any given time. Heather is very skilled in many different computer programs including Microsoft, QuickBooks, Internet, FLMMIS, HealthTrak, WebMD's, Cisco Phone Systems and various other database systems. Heather is responsible for all recruitment efforts and campaigns at MKCM while maintaining our case managers' credentials. Additionally, she serves as a backup intake coordinator and performs various other administrative tasks.
Bobbi Gill
Administrative Assistant at MKCM

Bobbi Gill is an Administrative Assistant for MKCM. She has worked in the workers’ compensation industry for over 7 years. Bobbi was in charge of the workers’ comp department at an orthopedic office including 15 physicians, 19 PA/ARNPs, and 15 therapists. She has experience in call centers, customer service, claims, billing, prior authorizations, referrals, collections and more. Bobbi is very computer savvy and has experience in all Microsoft Office programs, and various databases. She is responsible for assisting in recruiting case managers nationwide, special projects, and assisting CEO/President of MKCM, Mollie Kallen, in various administrative duties.

Bianka Cruz is the National Recruiter for MKCM. She has worked in the insurance industry for over 8 years. She has experience in call centers, customer service, claims, billing, prior authorizations, referrals and more. Bianka is very computer savvy and has experience in all Microsoft Office programs, and various databases. She is responsible for recruiting case managers nationwide by conducting phone interviews, reviewing credentials, updating spreadsheets, and case manager biographies. Bianka is also responsible for social media recruiting and various other administrative duties at MKCM.
Rebekah Leonard
Executive Assistant at MKCM

Rebekah has over 20 years of experience in managing small businesses, hotels as well as owning her own company. She is very detailed oriented, extremely organized and very customer oriented. Rebekah assists MKCM in the processing of our case manager reports and various other administrative duties.
